Services Overview

Four defined engagements. Clear scope. Clean exits. Designed as a progression to build something that holds.

The Pathways

How We Work With You

There are four ways to engage with Libran Global Safeguarding. Each has a defined scope, clear deliverables, and a clean exit point. They are designed as a progression, but you don’t always have to start at the beginning.

The Logic

The Engagement Journey

The insurance market cannot price what it cannot assess. The platform cannot defend what it cannot evidence. These services exist to close both gaps.

The pathway runs from governance audit to leadership briefing, system diagnosis, and framework adoption. Each stage builds the evidence base the next one requires.

Insurers and brokers: the audit result is your starting point. It gives you the pre-loss intelligence before placement.

Recommended StartEntry Point

Risk Governance Audit

A fixed-scope, independent assessment of how risk exposure is governed across a digital platform, and where the liability gaps are. The audit result is the pre-loss intelligence the insurance market has been missing.

What you leave with

A clear answer to three questions that most organisations cannot currently answer with confidence: 1. How are risk governance decisions being made in practice? 2. Where is risk accumulating or stalling without adequate governance? 3. Where does policy diverge from practice? The report is designed to be useful independently, allowing you to drive internal change without proceeding to further engagement if desired.

Gateway

Front Door Theory® Training

A two-day, in-person programme for leadership teams, risk professionals, and insurance practitioners who need to understand where platform liability exposure actually begins.

What you leave with

Two days is enough to shift how an underwriting or risk team sees the problem. Organisations that have completed the training consistently describe the same outcome: they stop asking “are we compliant?” and start asking “would this hold?” That question, taken seriously, changes what you do next.

03
Assessment

System Diagnosis and Reframe

Formal evaluation of your risk governance architecture against the Front Door Theory® framework, with facilitated leadership decision-making on where liability exposure sits and what to do about it.

What you leave with

Clarity on where you actually are compared to the Front Door Theory® Framework. A shared basis for decision-making. Not consensus for its own sake, but a genuine foundation for a conscious, informed choice. Defined direction. A clear decision on where the organisation is heading, made with full understanding of what that involves.

Implementation

Front Door Theory® Adoption Support

Scoped, time-bound support for the structured implementation of Front Door Theory® across your platform. 90 to 120 days. Defined exit. Licensed for one year, with the governance architecture embedded in your system from day one.

What you leave with

A defined risk governance architecture aligned to the Front Door Theory® Framework. Built into how the organisation operates, not documented and set aside. Leadership alignment on what it means. Clear responsibility, clear escalation, clear decision ownership. No ambiguity about who holds what. Sustainability. Guardrails that hold after the engagement ends. The system should not require us to keep working for it to keep working.
