Front Door Theory® Adoption Support
Scoped, time-bound support for the structured implementation of Front Door Theory® across your platform. 90 to 120 days. Defined exit. Licensed for one year, with the governance architecture embedded in your system from day one.
The Problem
Most implementation support creates dependency. The engagement extends. The scope drifts. The organisation becomes reliant on the consultant to maintain what should be owned internally.
That’s not implementation. It’s an ongoing arrangement dressed up as one.
Genuine implementation has a defined end point, a clean handover, and a system that holds after the support leaves. That is the only version of this work we offer.
What It Is
Libran Model Adoption Support is structured, non-embedded implementation support for organisations that have a clear diagnosis and are ready to build.
It runs over a defined 90 to 120 day window, with leadership alignment sessions, framework embedding across risk governance culture and escalation architecture, and guardrails designed to prevent regression once the engagement ends.
The organisation holds ownership throughout. We support the build. We do not run the system.
Who It's For

Teams with clear direction ready to implement structural change.
Organisations requiring a rebuild
Where risk governance architecture needs to be rebuilt, not just reviewed, within a defined and accountable timeframe.
Platforms facing regulatory pressure
Framework embedding across risk governance culture and escalation architecture

- Leadership alignment and accountability sessions throughout
- Framework embedding across safeguarding culture, supervision, and escalation architecture

What You Leave With
A defined risk governance architecture aligned to the Front Door Theory® Framework. Built into how the organisation operates, not documented and set aside.
Leadership alignment on what it means. Clear responsibility, clear escalation, clear decision ownership. No ambiguity about who holds what.
Sustainability. Guardrails that hold after the engagement ends. The system should not require us to keep working for it to keep working.
